CHONGQING, Dec. 30 (Xinhua) -- With a total investment of 14.345 billion yuan (about 2.05 billion U.S. dollars) and an annual water supply of over 1 billion cubic meters, the water resources allocation project in Chongqing achieved full water supply on Tuesday. The project is expected to benefit approximately 10 million people.
