A Tavola con le Stelle (At the Table with the Stars) takes place on February 5, 2026, for one night only at Tosca di Angelo at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong. For the evening, the dining room becomes the setting for an eight-hand dinner, with four chefs coming together to present an exclusive eight-course menu, complemented by an optional premium wine pairing.

The dinner brings together a quartet of Michelin-starred talent: Angelo Aglianó of Tosca di Angelo; Luigi Troiano of Noi by Paulo Airaudo; Giuseppe De Vuono of Octavium; and Federico Pucci of Don Alfonso 1890 in Macau. Together, they have created a menu rooted in Italian heritage and technique, one that moves between land and sea, memory and modernity, offering a shared expression of craft rather than a display of individual bravura.

Together, the chefs offer a considered expression of Italy’s regional breadth, giving diners the chance to taste four distinct perspectives in quiet conversation with one another. It is an evening shaped by craft and memory, where tradition is respected, gently reworked, and allowed to speak for itself.
