Angelini’s new four-course tasting menu
Angelini at Kowloon Shangri-La introduces a new four-course tasting dinner menu, priced at HK$598, curated by chef Sam Sin. The menu focuses on seasonal produce and Italian technique, with dishes that balance familiarity and finesse.
The meal opens with a sequence of appetisers, including raw yellowtail with grapefruit, citrus and Taggiasca olives, where clean flavours and restrained acidity frame the richness of the fish. For the pasta course, diners choose between two contrasting directions: agnolotti filled with slow-braised oxtail, paired with a smooth celeriac purée, or fettuccine with sea urchin, kept simple to let the ingredient lead.

The main course centres on premium produce, with a choice between baked whole wild New Zealand blue cod, seasoned simply to highlight its natural sweetness, or French yellow chicken supreme, served with baby corn and a truffle jus. Dessert is kept light and precise: Granny Smith apple with Calvados, balancing clean acidity with gentle warmth.
Angelini also accommodates celebratory dinners, from birthdays to anniversaries. Guests marking an occasion are offered a complimentary tiramisu cake with personalised wording, along with a single rose.
