Pokémon聯乘梵高博物館辦展覽 炒家狂掃周邊高價轉售 Pokémon公司致歉
荷蘭梵高博物館為慶祝開館50周年，與Pokémon公司合作推出主題展覽，展出以梵高畫風創作的Pokémon畫作，還推出場館限定商品和特別版Pokémon卡。一眾粉絲原本十分期待，但展覽開幕首日，商品已被大批炒家搶購一空，令不少粉絲大失所望，Pokémon公司亦因事件公開致歉。

梵高與Pokémon的聯乘企劃，將博物館內六幅永久藏品，以Pokémon為主題進行二創，包括大家熟悉的梵高作品《戴灰氈帽的自畫像》，主角變成了比卡超、《戴草帽的自畫像》就變了伊貝，還有向日花怪就融入了梵高名作《向日葵》、1888 年的作品《在亞爾的臥室》就改造成卡比獸小可比獸的睡房。館方解釋，與Pokémon公司作這麼可愛的聯乘，是因為梵高受日本藝術影響甚深，希望小孩和年輕一代通過結合兩者的作品探索和沉浸於藝術世界，展覽會舉行至明年1月7日。
為吸引年輕組群，館方更與公司合作推出各種展覽相關周邊商品，包括穿上梵高衣服的比卡超公仔、Pokémon卡套、拼圖、模型等。館方還準備了一些特別的Pokémon卡，免費送給參觀展覽後完成小任務的小朋友。但這些商品和紀念卡，卻令大批炒家虎視眈眈。
展覽9月28日開幕首日，大批炒家湧至博物館瘋狂搶購商品。從網上影片可見，商品部擠滿人，情況極度混亂。更可悲的是，有媒體翌日已在拍賣網站發現有人高價出售這商品，例如原價 120 美元的Pokémon主題滑板，標價20,000 美元出售，一張特別版Pokémon卡以700美元出售。

Pokémon公司就事件向粉絲致歉：「由於需求太大，該系列的所有產品均已售罄。 我們知道，這讓很多希望透過我們的官方電子郵件和社群媒體購買的人感到失望。我們正在積極研究如何為未來在Pokémon中心粉絲提供更多「帶有灰色氈帽的皮卡丘」特別卡。」
