Jeffrey Sachs calls for ending U.S. strangulation of Venezuela

The UN Security Council on Monday called an emergency meeting over the U.S. military operation against Venezuela. U.S. economist Jeffrey Sachs urged the UN to demand the U.S. immediately cease "all explicit and implicit threats or use of force against Venezuela."
