桃膠 Peach gum 20克/g
銀耳 White tremella 2小朵/pcs
紅棗 Red date 10克/g
冰糖 Rock sugar 適量/As need
杞子 Goji berry 少許/some
水 Water 600毫升/ml
牛奶 Milk 500毫升/ml
魚膠片 Gelatin sheet 5克/g
砂糖 Sugar 5克/g
作法:
1 :
桃膠浸發一晚,除去污物備用 Soak peach gum overnight to remove impurities, and set it aside.
2 :
銀耳浸軟,去蒂剪碎 Soak white tremella until soft and cut off the stems, then chop it into small pieces.
3 :
魚膠片用水浸軟 Soak gelatin sheets in water until softened.
4 :
牛奶煮至微滾 Bring milk to a slight boil.

加入砂糖及魚膠片攪拌至溶解 Add sugar and gelatin sheets to the milk, stirring until dissolved.

放杯內冷藏備用 Pour the milk mixture into cups and refrigerate until set.

紅棗洗淨後切片 Wash the red dates and slice them.

將銀耳及桃膠加水細水煮45分鐘,至開始變得濃稠 In another pot, add water, white tremella and peach gum. Cook over low heat for about 45 minutes until it becomes thickened.

加入紅棗、冰糖及杞子續煮10分鐘 Add red dates, rock sugar, and goji berries, and continue cooking for 10 minutes.

將完成的銀耳桃膠糖水淋在牛奶凍上,雪凍享用 Pour over the milk jelly. Enjoy chilled.
