排骨 Pork ribs 300克/g
薯仔 Potato 200克/g
淮山Chinese yam 200克/g
乾葱 Shallot 2粒/pcs
雞湯 Chicken broth 500毫升/ml
作法:
1 :
乾葱切碎 Chop shallot.
2 :
薯仔去皮切件 Peel and cut potato into pieces.
3 :
淮山去皮切件 Peel and cut Chinese yam into pieces.
4 :
燒熱2湯匙油,爆香乾蔥 Heat 2 tbsp oil and stir fry shallot until fragrant.
5 :
加入排骨炒香 Add in ribs and stir fry until fragrant.
6 :
拌入薯仔及淮山,炒勻。 Add in potato and Chinese yam pieces. Stir well.
7 :
加入雞湯,加蓋中火炆20分鐘即成 Add chicken broth. Cover and braise for 20 minutes.
