As festive lights shimmer across Victoria Harbour, Hong Kong slips into its most enchanting season. This Christmas and New Year, Angelini invites guests to celebrate with exclusive holiday dinner menus crafted by chef de cuisine Sam Sin, designed to turn the occasion into something truly memorable.

Set against glittering harbour views and a backdrop of seasonal décor, the atmosphere at Angelini is made for gatherings. Whether you’re toasting love, milestones or fresh beginnings.

The festive dinner menu (from HK$1,280 per person for a four-course set) pays homage to Italian holiday traditions, reinterpreted with Sin’s refined touch. The Angelini experience begins with a luxurious lobster salad lifted by Oscietra caviar, its briny elegance heightening the crustacean’s natural sweetness. A vibrant Sicilian red prawn fettuccine follows, with al dente ribbons coated in an emulsion of Spanish red prawn, tomato and pistachio: rich, aromatic and unmistakably celebratory.

For the main event, guests can choose between two standout dishes: a poached cod layered with crab meat, Brussels sprouts and creamy purple potato, or a richly satisfying Westholme Wagyu tenderloin finished with chestnut and fragrant black truffle.

No Italian celebration ends without something sweet, and the seasonal date and ginger pudding is a fitting finale: mascarpone Chantilly, candied orange, vanilla caramel and Piedmont hazelnut gelato coming together in one festive, comforting crescendo at Angelini.
