【簡易湯水】豆腐平菇味噌湯 Bean Curd and Oyster Mushroom Miso S
食材
豆腐 Bean curd 1塊/pc
平菇(秀珍菇)Oyster mushroom 1盒/box
洋䓤 Onion ¼锢/pc
旺菜 Chinese cabbage ½棵/pc
味噌 Miso 1-2湯匙/tbsp
䓤花 Chopped spring onion 適量/Some
作法:
1 :
洋蔥切粗絲 Strip onion.
2 :
旺菜切大塊 Cut Chinese cabbage into pieces.
3 :
豆腐切粒 Cube bean curd.
4 :
鍋內下少許油,爆香洋蔥絲 Stir fry onion stirps until fragrant .
5 :
下旺菜略炒至軟身 Add Chinese cabbage and stir fry until soft.
6 :
下適量水,下豆腐及舞茸煲至滾起 Add some water, bean curd cubes and oyster mushrooms.
7 :
將味噌放在小茶隔內攪拌至溶化,剩餘的豆粒棄掉 Dissolve miso through a strainer.
8 :
加上䓤花裝飾,完成 Garnish with chopped spring onion. Done.
