Alibi launches a tattoo-inspired cocktail series
Alibi – Wine Dine Be Social at Cordis, Hong Kong opens the year with a new cocktail series developed with Tennin Tattoo. The collaboration marks Alibi’s first major project of 2026: a three-month programme that looks at tattooing as a form of craft, and how that translates behind the bar.
Running from January 30 to April 30, 2026, the series features three cocktails, each created in response to the work of a different Tennin tattoo artist. The drinks take cues from the visual language and personal styles of Mike Kam, Takco Siu and Ray Li, interpreted through flavour, technique and presentation.

Each tattoo-inspired cocktail is priced at HK$138 (subject to a 10% service charge). Guests ordering from the series will receive a limited-edition tattoo sticker, featuring artwork by Mike Kam, Takco Siu or Ray Li, while stocks last.
