TAIYUAN, Feb. 15 (Xinhua) -- Railway staff members have stepped up the maintenance of high-speed trains to ensure traffic safety during the Spring Festival travel rush.

E Ming is a service mechanic, responsible for inspecting and repairing onboard equipment such as seats, restrooms, and electric water boilers. During the Spring Festival travel rush, these facilities experience high usage and are prone to malfunctions. E Ming's team must work against the clock during the train's brief maintenance window at night to resolve equipment issues.
