Maison ES unveils “Le Vieux Hong Kong” in celebration of Ta Pantry’s 15th anniversary
A critical turning point came for founder and executive chef Esther Sham 15 years ago when she decided to settle in Hong Kong and establish her first private dining kitchen, Ta Pantry, which has now become the private dining room at Maison ES since 2015.
In celebration of Ta Pantry's 15th anniversary, Maison ES has launched a revamped "Le Vieux Hong Kong" menu, one of Esther's earliest creations, as a tribute to this remarkable milestone made in Esther's hometown.
This menu is designed by Esther and head chef Eric. Inspired by authentic Hong Kong staples, such as the nostalgic Hong Kong-style Russian borscht, roasted squab, and braised beef brisket with radish, both chefs skilfully deconstruct these dishes to elevate the flavours from their memories.
