BEIJING, July 8 (Xinhua) -- Themed "High-Speed Rail: Innovation and Development for a Better Life", the congress opened here on July 8. More than 2,000 participants, including railway technical personnel, enterprise leaders, government officials, and representatives from international organizations, attended the opening ceremony.
