QUANZHOU, July 24 (Xinhua) -- Themed on "Embracing the Digital and Intelligent Maritime Silk Road -- Jointly Building a Community with a Shared Future in Cyberspace," the World Internet Conference (WIC) Digital Silk Road Development Forum kicked off in Quanzhou, southeast China's Fujian Province on Thursday, drawing more than 600 guests from 49 countries and regions and 13 international institutions.
