DALIAN, Jan. 27 (Xinhua) -- Located in the Changxing Island Economic Zone of Dalian City, Liaoning Province in northeast China, the Hengli Petrochemical Industrial Park is a modern petrochemical industrial complex developed by the Hengli Group.

Its refining, petrochemical, chemical, and new materials sectors lead the industry in both scale and technological advancement. As the core of the park, the refining project enables Hengli Group to establish a closed-loop industrial chain, with an annual crude oil processing capacity of up to 20 million tons, making it a mega-factory in the industry.
