GLOBALink | World elite divers bring young athletes a training class in Xi'an

Before the 2023 World Aquatics Diving World Cup begins in Xi'an on April 14, several of the world's top divers were invited to pass on their experience to young athletes.

Olympic champions Chen Yuxi and Wang Zongyuan of China, world silver medalist Rikuto Tamai of Japan and Grand Prix winner Ingrid de Oliveira of Brazil gave a training class to young divers from Shaanxi's provincial diving team in the World Cup venue.

Tamai told Xinhua that the young divers would have bright futures and that he was looking forward to competing against them as soon as possible.
