To celebrate Art Basel, La Petite Maison (LPM) is collaborating with Pearl Lam Galleries to present the exhibition Blooming Shields by Nigerian artist Ayobola Kekere-Ekun from March 17 to April 16.

Amidst the vibrant backdrop of Ayobola Kekere-Ekun’s Blooming Shields exhibition at LPM, culinary artistry takes centre stage with a limited-time dessert and cocktail pairing that tantalises the senses. Inspired by the artist’s dynamic use of colour and form, LPM presents the rum baba, strawberry and coconut cream. Priced at HK$138, this exquisite dessert features a playful arrangement of bright strawberry coulis and dollops of whipped cream to mirror the vivid hues of Kekere-Ekun’s artwork.

Complementing this indulgent treat is the Jardin de Fleurs cocktail, a bespoke creation priced at HK$128. This lively concoction artfully combines rosé wine, elderflower liqueur and champagne cordial, elevated with peach and jasmine soda. Topped with delicate bergamot and raspberry foam, the cocktail offers a delightful fizz that unfolds into a harmonious symphony of floral aromas and fruity flavours.

Together, these culinary offerings not only celebrate the essence of art but also embody the spirit of joie de vivre, inviting guests to partake in a vibrant dining experience at LPM during Art Month.
