Lobster Bar at Island Shangri-La unveils an all-new cocktail menu, crafted to delight the palate and elevate the drinking experience. Each creation has been meticulously designed to highlight distinctive flavour profiles, presented with equally considered, bespoke glassware.

Taking centre stage is the signature Lobster Martini, a bold, spirit-forward cocktail that channels the essence of the sea. Served in a sleek martini glass, this savoury blend brings together the richness of lobster with a refined, aromatic twist, resulting in a drink that’s both elegant and unforgettable.

Complementing the signature Lobster Martini are nine standout cocktails, each offering a distinctive take on modern mixology. Begin with the Jackfruit Breeze, a tropical, effervescent highball that makes for a bright and refreshing opener. For something richer, the Sailor’s Breakfast delivers a savoury, nutty profile, served in a goblet wine glass for added gravitas.

Lighter options include the aromatic See Cucumber and the bittersweet yet crisp Mermaid, while the Jack & Rose balances floral and creamy notes with elegance. The Light House introduces a spiced, smoky twist, served in a refined coupe glass. For a bold departure, the Dashi Margarita brings umami depth to the fore, while the Starfish is tangy, tropical, and vibrant.

To round out the collection, the Horizon Daiquiri and Bottled Bliss offer sharp, refreshing finishes, each cocktail thoughtfully composed and impeccably presented.
