BTS V感到錯愕！針對私訊被用作ILLIT抄襲爭議「關鍵證據」吐露心聲
「閔熙珍 vs HYBE」確認解除股東合約及要求行使賣權（認售權）訴訟的判決，於12日出爐。閔熙珍獲得勝訴。
關於那場審判中，BTS成員V的KakaoTalk發言被作為證據資料採納的報導，他在IG寫道：「未經我同意，感到很錯愕。」
被提交的是與「ILLIT抄襲NewJeans疑雲」相關的發言。泰亨當時在與閔熙珍的KakaoTalk聊天中提到：「（總是有關於抄襲的討論，沒有一次沒出現過）嗯.. 是啊。我也稍微看了一下，啊，覺得這個確實滿像的..」。根據取得判決書的韓國媒體報導，法院將這段發言採納為證據。
對此，泰亨在20日更新了Instagram限時動態。他回應 :「因為是認識的人，所以這只是出於共鳴而進行的私人日常對話的一部分。我完全沒有要選邊站的意圖，只是，對於該對話在未經我同意的情況下被當作證據資料提交，我感到非常錯愕。」
