‘Surf & Surf’ Wednesdays at Cruise Restaurant & Bar
Midweek gets an upgrade at Cruise Restaurant & Bar with its new “Surf & Surf” Wednesdays, a harbour-side seafood dinner built around lobster and generous plates meant for lingering. The menu opens with prawn crackers and crab curry dip with fried mantou, before moving into the main event: Canadian lobster, cooked to order and served in your choice of sauce: Singapore chilli, sweet tamarind and chilli, or simply steamed with garlic and scallion.
Alongside the lobster are unlimited seafood dishes, including green curry blue mussels, Thai-style grilled squid, seafood khao soi with prawns and scallops, and black pepper tiger prawns. Signature sides—baby Thai cabbage with crispy pork belly and steamed jasmine rice—are served free-flow, designed to catch every last spoonful of sauce. Dessert is Cruise’s take on cendol, paired with coconut or Thai tea ice cream.
