KUALA LUMPUR, April 16 (Xinhua) -- Exquisite handmade kites decorate the sky of Kelantan, Malaysia's northernmost "Land of Kites". Blessed with strong coastal winds year-round, it is the birthplace of Malaysia's most celebrated moon kite and a beloved folk song of the same name.
