瓦努阿圖7.4級強震 美發海嘯警報(有片)
太平洋島國瓦努阿圖附近海域當地周二（17日）中午發生黎克特制7.4級強震，美國地質勘探局發出海嘯警報，當地暫未收到傷亡報告。影片顯示，當地有建築物局部倒塌，店舖物品跌落一地，民眾前往高地暫避，亦有地區出現山泥傾瀉。
美國地質勘探局指，地震發生於瓦努阿圖首都維拉港以西30公里處外海，震源深度10公里。強震發生10分鐘後又發生5.5級地震，震央在維拉港以西37公里處，深度約48.7公里。澳洲氣象局表示，澳洲沒有受到海嘯威脅。
