Available every Tuesday, start the evening with Hugo’s Caesar salad, with crisp romaine lettuce adorned with anchovies, smoky bacon and parmesan cheese tossed in olive oil.
There are also unlimited servings of succulent and juicy premium beef cuts, including rib-eye, striploin and tenderloin, and enjoy them with savoury black pepper sauce or rich porcini mushroom sauce. The steak is paired with crispy gourmet French fries from Frites Atelier, meticulously crafted by chef Sergio Herman.
Cap off the night with a decadent homemade crème brûlée, delicately infused with vanilla beans, for a sweet and satisfying finale.
This remarkable dining experience is priced at HK$888 per person with free-flow sommelier-selected wines. For an additional HK$300 per person, guests can also enjoy unlimited Moët & Chandon champagne.
