作法:
1 :
將椰菜花切成大塊 Cut cauliflower into pieces.
2 :
浸鹽水1小時,瀝乾 Soak in salt solution for 1 hour then drain dry.
3 :
用粗孔刨將椰菜花刨成粗粒,較有嚼口 Grate with a grater.
4 :
將椰菜花剪細 Cut cauliflower into small pieces.
5 :
用攪拌機將椰菜花慢速攪碎,口感較細 Or blend with a blend in low speed.
6 :
有多的椰菜花飯搾乾後用密實袋裝好,可放入冰箱冷藏約1個月 You may prepare more. Just squeeze dry then freeze them for about 1 month in a zip bag.
