雞翼尖 Chicken tips 500克/g
鹽 Salt 1茶匙/tsp
碎黑胡椒 Ground black pepper 1茶匙/tsp
蒜粉 Garlic powder 1茶匙/tsp
BBQ醬 Barbecue sauce 4-5湯匙/tbsp
芝麻Sesame 適量/Some
作法:
1 :
雞翼尖洗淨抹乾,下鹽、碎胡椒粉及蒜粉醃15分鐘 Rinse then pat dry chicken wing tips. Marinate with salt, ground black pepper and garlic powder for 15 minutes.
2 :
將雞翼尖放入氣炸鍋,以180度氣炸3分鐘,翻轉再炸3分鐘 Air fry each side for 3 minutes at 180°C.
3 :
取出雞翼尖,放入氣炸鍋的烘焗盤內,加BBQ醬拌勻 Move dry chicken wing tips to the baking mould of air frier. Mix well with barbecue sauce.
4 :
將烘焗盤放入氣炸鍋內,以180度氣炸3分鐘 Air fry for for 3 minutes at 180°C.
5 :
撒上白芝麻,完成 Sprinkle sesame. Done.
