Lobster Bar takeover by acclaimed Japanese mixologist Shuzo Nagumo

On February 18, 2025, at 6.30pm until late, Lobster Bar is hosting a takeover that celebrates the fusion of traditional Japanese tea and modern mixology, featuring the masterful creations of celebrated mixologist Shuzo Nagumo.

The exciting showcase will feature four unique Japanese tea cocktails crafted with the highest quality teas. Each cocktail, priced at HK$158 per glass, reflects Shuzo’s innovative spirit and dedication to his craft. The event will be held on a first-come, first-served basis.

The cocktails include the Hoji Teatail No 4, a mix of hojicha, sake, port, crème de cassis and rose; Green Tea Fashioned, with matcha, Bourbon, chocolate, kuromitsu, chocolate bitters and vanilla bitters; Solar Flare, a sake and vodka-based drink mixed with white port, butterscotch, tonka beans, agarwood and coffee; and Lishian Mist, with rum, osmanthus Lillet, honey, pear, lemon and soda.

Hailing from Okayama Prefecture, Shuzo Nagumo has secured his place among the elite in the cocktail industry. As the founder of Folklore in Hibiya Okuroji, he continuously redefines cocktail culture. His journey began in 1998 at Bar X-Marks the Spot in Ikebukuro, and he has travelled the globe, refining his techniques and exploring new flavours.
