好掛住香港既叉燒飯，特登去唐人街搵間中菜食叉燒✨好彩冇失望超級好食🤩
We went to a Chinese restaurant in Chinatown, chasiu was amazingly good!!Portion of the dishes are generous🙌🏻
What we ordered:
✨Deep Fried Squid with Salt Chilli 椒鹽鮮魷 £11.8
✨BBQ Roast Pork 蜜汁叉燒 £13.8
✨Lamb Brisket with Dried Bean Curd Stick in Hot Pot 枝竹羊腩煲 £16.8
✨Boiled Rice 白飯 £3.5/per bowl
✨Har Gau 蝦餃 £7.8
Best dish of the day goes to BBQ Roast Pork!! Smells amazing with roasted pork and honey 🍯 they chose the pork with little fat, which brings a crunchy texture along with the tender pork, the best one I would tell!
I like the lamb brisket too, generous portion of lamb brisket, made to tender and flavourful, the best way goes with a bowl of jasmine rice, so tasty!! I also ordered one dimsum in which Har gau was my all time favourite🤩 so many prawns in there, fresh and crunchy, the skin was thin and chewy too🤍
