At Above & Beyond, savour the generosity of heartwarming cuisine this winter

As winter blankets the city, Michelin-recommended Above & Beyond at Hotel Icon presents a heartwarming seasonal menu curated by executive chef Chi Ki Wong. From now until March 31, 2025, guests can savour delightful new dishes from the à la carte menu or enjoy cosy winter specials, all set against the breathtaking backdrop of Victoria Harbour. Embrace the comforting essence of Cantonese cuisine, ideal for warming the soul during these colder months.

The winter menu features exquisite seasonal creations, including the stewed lamb brisket, which is slow-cooked to tender perfection for a melt-in-your-mouth experience. Another standout is the fried glutinous rice with preserved Chinese sausage, conpoy and sakura shrimp—a nostalgic dish that evokes the comforting flavours of home with every bite.

For those craving traditional comfort, the three varieties of clay pot rice—particularly the wagyu beef, spring onions and tangerine peel rice in a casserole clay pot—offer a fragrant and richly layered taste that evokes the essence of Hong Kong culinary tradition.

During the winter solstice from December 20 to 22, 2024, the eight-course dinner (HK$888 per person) is a feast for the senses, showcasing luxurious ingredients and traditional cooking methods designed to bring families together.
