Join us and celebrate World Oceans Day on June 8. One Harbour Road is proud to join the call of the Hong Kong Sustainable Seafood Coalition (HKSSC) to provide specially curated, sustainable seafood dishes from June 1 to 16.

As part of Grand Hyatt’s food philosophy, the restaurant will serve thoughtfully sourced seafood in an effort to support ocean-minded businesses throughout the supply chain, including suppliers, distributors, and producers.

Highlighted dishes including double-boiled Australian jade tiger abalone soup (HK$300 per person) with bamboo piths, winter melon and 25-year-aged sun-dried tangerine peels. The Australian jade tiger abalone has been recognised as an environmentally and socially responsible seafood product by the Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC).

Additionally, executive chef Cheong will be preparing MSC-certified Patagonian toothfish in typical Hong Kong style, deep-fried and diced with chilli and garlic (HK$228). The deep-frying adds a crispy texture to the toothfish, while the chilli provides a spicy kick to the dish.
