Angelini at Kowloon Shangri-La has launched a new caviar and black winter truffle dinner menu. Available as a luxurious five-course set dinner at HK$1,180 per person or à la carte. Guests can also enjoy a selection of four bespoke wine pairings crafted by the sommelier for an additional price to enhance the dining experience.

The evening will begin with exquisite and refreshing appetisers, including the highly recommended carabinero prawn tartare with Oscietra caviar, a delightful indulgence that pairs beautifully with a glass of champagne. This is followed by a risotto with blue crab meat and shaved black winter truffle.

For the main course, the roasted veal prime rib is served with creamy mashed potatoes and garnished with shaved black winter truffle, delivering a hearty and elegant dish that is sure to impress.

The meal ends with a Sicilian pistachio tiramisu, in which the nutty and rich flavours blend with traditional coffee essence for a sweet, satisfying finale.
