【瑜伽教室】筋骨硬做Yoga好吃力?善用6款工具輕鬆伸展

新手初學瑜伽的時候,通常筋骨都比較硬,做起來難免會吃力一點,如果勉強做或者會用錯力而拉傷。對於瑜伽新手,確實要善用以下6個小工具,包括瑜伽磚、瑜伽繩等,在做不同式子的時候能幫忙借力、穩定和承托身體,減輕關節或肌肉的壓力,有助訓練者慢慢加強柔軟度,初學Yoga的朋友必備!

1. 瑜伽墊

先由最基本的瑜伽墊講起,挑選瑜伽墊時最重要是它的防滑性,避免練習失平衡時會滑倒,亦應具備一定的吸汗能力,以防汗水會滑腳。另外,瑜伽墊的厚薄也各有好處,厚墊的觸感較軟,做一些跪地的動作時能減輕膝蓋的壓力,不過同時會令訓練者較難平衡;相反,在薄地墊上做跪或趴的動作時,用作支撐的手或膝頭或會比較痛,但就較易平衡,相對較安全。

2. 瑜伽鋪巾

順帶一提,很多yoga studio都有固定的瑜伽墊提供,訓練者在每堂完結後都會抹乾淨,如果還不放心,其實可以自帶一張瑜伽鋪巾,鋪在地墊上,那就可以放心將臉靠近墊面了。

3. 輔助伸延繩

瑜伽練習中有許多拉筋動作,例如做坐地前伸,很多初學者連手掂腳趾也很吃力,這個時候就可以用一條輔助伸延繩,雙手把繩繞住腳底,再慢慢將身體向前傾,伸展背部和雙腳,也可以輔助拉鬆肩膊和胸口等部位。

4. 瑜伽磚

由於筋骨未夠鬆,新手在做某些瑜伽式子,例如三角式、側角式等,需要單手按地,腰部或會感到非常繃緊,這個時候就可以將瑜伽磚放在手掌下,將身體和地面的距離稍微拉闊,減輕腰部拉扯的感覺,為身體提供一個穩定舒適的支撐點,而因為瑜伽動作講求平衡,通常每位訓練者擁有兩塊瑜伽磚就十分足夠了。

5. 瑜伽枕

除了瑜伽磚,瑜伽枕也可以用來承托身體,通常會在枕上盤坐,或者在平躺時放置在腰背下,有效舒緩腰背的壓力,令人非常放鬆。

6. 瑜伽輪

近年亦興起瑜伽輪,它能特別針對訓練後彎的動作,非常適合腰背僵硬及肩膊肌肉較繃緊的朋友。當用瑜伽輪承托背部時,可以加強胸肌及腰肌的伸展,最重要是避免了一般後彎動作帶給腰椎的壓力,減少受傷的機會。
