กองทัพรัฐฉาน “สั่งประหาร” หนุ่มหื่นอุ้ม 6 ขวบขยี้กาม-ฆ่าปิดปาก

กองทัพรัฐฉาน - เอเอฟพี รายงานวันที่ 24 ธ.ค. ว่า โฆษก พรรคก้าวหน้ารัฐฉาน หรือ กองทัพรัฐฉาน ซึ่งปกครองพื้นที่รัฐฉาน ทางภาคตะวันออกของประเทศพม่า (เมียนมา) อย่างไม่เป็นทางการ เปิดเผยว่าสมาชิกพรรคมีมติให้โทษประหารชีวิตชายวัย 30 ปี หลังก่อเหตุ ลักพาตัว เด็กหญิงวัย 6 ขวบไป ข่มขืน และ ฆาตกรรม

 นายไซ ตัน ออง โฆษกพรรค กล่าวว่าคำพิพากษานี้จะเป็นบทเรียนไม่ให้คนอื่นเอาเป็นเยี่ยงอย่างและป้องกันการเกิดอาชญากรรมแบบเดียวกันในอนาคต

 ด้าน นางหละ หละ ยี ทนายความและนักเคลื่อนไหวด้านสิทธิสตรีในนครย่างกุ้ง กล่าวว่าแม้อาชญากรรมจะน่ารังเกียจ แต่การประหารชีวิตเป็นโทษที่รุนแรงเกินไป และเรียกร้องให้ทางการเร่งแก้วิกฤตล่วงละเมิดทางเพศเด็กซึ่งมีคดีเพิ่มขึ้นต่อเนื่องในช่วงไม่กี่ปีที่ผ่านมา
