LINE TODAY CAMP Program Application Terms & Conditions
1. All applicants shall send or submit your CV and supporting documents as required to LINE TODAY under LINE Company (Thailand) Limited (“LINE”) for enrolment in LINE TODAY CAMP Program via channel provided by LINE.
2. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted and invited to an online interview via Zoom meeting on a designated date and time which will be notified via email in advance.
3. Shortlisted candidates agree to keep confidential any information exchanged during his/her interview session and test(s)/assignment(s) session.
4. Finalist candidates will be notified by LINE TODAY via email.
5. LINE TODAY will collect and use the applicants’ personal information including but not limited to first name, last name, nick name, contact information (i.e., email address and phone number), education background, job application related information (i.e., position of interest, CV/resume and portfolio) and other supporting documents provided by the applicants for the purposes (1) registration and application to the activity, (2) examining and verifying your identity, (3) verifying activity's condition, (4) for communication, answering to inquiry and providing necessary information to applicants, (5) for announcing shortlisted and finalist candidates of the program and (6) for complying with the law
LINE TODAY will retain the personal information of the applicants who have not been selected to LINE TODAY CAMP Program for a period of 90 days after the end of the program unless otherwise required by laws or the regulations. The personal information of the applicants who have been selected to LINE TODAY CAMP Program will be retained for a period of 3 years after the end of LINE TODAY CAMP Program (the end of program) for the purpose of applicant profiling and future recruitment unless otherwise required by laws or the regulations.

7. LINE TODAY reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change or revise the terms and condition of this program or cancel this program at any time without prior notification.
8. LINE TODAY's decision is final. In no event, all applicants shall refute LINE TODAY's decision.
9. By sending or submitting your CV and supporting documents to LINE TODAY for enrolment in LINE TODAY CAMP Program, such applicant shall be deemed to have consented to these terms & conditions.
