แฟชั่นไอค่อนคนนี้มีชื่อว่า Lil Miquela แต่จะเรียกว่าคนก็เรียกได้ไม่เต็มปาก เพราะเธอไม่มีชีวิต เธอเป็นเพียงคาแร็กเตอร์หนึ่งที่เป็นผลงานของ  Trevor McFedries โดยการใช้เทคนิคดิจิตอลอาร์ตครีเอทให้เธอใช้ชีวิตได้ราวกับเป็น Kendall Jenner หรือ Gigi Hadid เลยทีเดียว
