สมาคมโรงแรมจังหวัดกระบี่ นำโดย นางสาวกัสมาพร ลิมปนพงศ์เทพ นายกสมาคมฯ เชิญชวนภาคธุรกิจและประชาชนร่วมฉลองตรุษจีนอย่างรักษ์โลก ด้วย “การจุดประทัดเสียง” แทนประทัดควัน ลดมลพิษ ป้องกันฝุ่น PM 2.5 รักษาคุณภาพอากาศของกระบี่ ซึ่งเป็นจังหวัดที่มีค่าฝุ่น PM 2.5 ต่ำที่สุดในประเทศ

โครงการนำร่องจัดขึ้นที่ โรงแรมปกาสัย และ ขิงแดงชิค รีสอร์ท เพื่อเป็นต้นแบบให้โรงแรมและชุมชนร่วมกันสร้างวัฒนธรรมเฉลิมฉลองที่ปลอดภัยและยั่งยืน พร้อมส่งเสริมกระบี่เป็นเมืองท่องเที่ยวเชิงอนุรักษ์

Krabi Leads the Way in “Eco-Friendly Chinese New Year” with Sound Firecrackers to Reduce PM 2.5 Pollution

The Krabi Hotel Association, led by Ms. Kasmapon Limpanaphongthep, President of the Association, invites businesses and the public to celebrate Chinese New Year in an environmentally friendly way by using “sound firecrackers” instead of traditional smoke-producing fireworks. This initiative aims to reduce pollution, prevent PM 2.5 dust, and maintain Krabi’s reputation as the province with the lowest PM 2.5 levels in Thailand.

The pilot project is being launched at Pakasai Hotel and Ginger Red Chic Resort, setting an example for hotels and communities to adopt a safer and more sustainable celebration. The initiative also aligns with Krabi’s vision to promote eco-friendly tourism.
