เวียดนามลดภาษีเชื้อเพลิง “เหลือศูนย์” จนถึงมิ.ย. ยับยั้งเงินเฟ้อ-ช่วงวิกฤตพลังงาน
เวียดนามลดภาษีเชื้อเพลิง - ซินหัว รายงานว่า สมัชชาแห่งชาติเวียดนามอนุมัติมติลดการจัดเก็บภาษีคุ้มครองสิ่งแวดล้อม ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม และภาษีการบริโภคพิเศษจากน้ำมันเบนซิน น้ำมันเชื้อเพลิง และเชื้อเพลิงอากาศยานให้เหลือ ศูนย์เปอร์เซ็นต์ จนถึงสิ้นเดือนมิ.ย.นี้

รายงานระบุว่ามติดังกล่าวจะมีผลบังคับใช้ช่วงวันที่ 16 เม.ย. ถึงวันที่ 30 มิ.ย. ซึ่งรัฐบาลเวียดนามจะปรับการประมาณการระยะเวลาและภาษีให้สอดคล้องกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของราคาเชื้อเพลิงทั่วโลกและรายงานต่อสมัชชาแห่งชาติ โดยก่อนหน้านี้รัฐบาลเวียดนามเคยร้องขอการลดภาษีในช่วงวันที่ 26 มี.ค. ถึงวันที่ 15 เม.ย.

ข้อมูลจากกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรมและการค้าระบุว่า ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VAT) คิดเป็นราวร้อยละ 7.4 ของราคาฐานเชื้อเพลิงในเวียดนาม ส่วนภาษีคุ้มครองสิ่งแวดล้อมคิดเป็นร้อยละ 2.7 ถึงร้อยละ 6 และภาษีการบริโภคพิเศษคิดเป็นร้อยละ 6.7
การลดภาษีเหล่านี้จะยับยั้งเงินเฟ้อและสนับสนุนการเติบโตทางสังคม รวมถึงเศรษฐกิจในปีนี้ ท่ามกลางภาวะราคาพลังงานทั่วโลกพุ่งสูงเพราะความขัดแย้งในภูมิภาคตะวันออกกลาง
