ศูนย์พักพิง ม.อ. ขอประกาศยุติการรับบริจาคในทุกช่องทาง เมื่อผู้พักพิงได้เดินทางกลับบ้านอย่างปลอดภัย ถึงเวลาแล้วที่ทางศูนย์พักพิง ม.อ. จะสิ้นสุดภารกิจ และเตรียมฟื้นฟูพื้นที่ให้กลับสู่การเป็นสถานศึกษาในสภาวะปกติ

ชาวสงขลานครินทร์ ขอขอบคุณพี่น้องชาวไทยทั่วประเทศ ที่ร่วมส่งต่อกำลังใจและความช่วยเหลือให้ผู้ประสบภัยในหาดใหญ่และจังหวัดใกล้เคียง ตลอดช่วงเวลาที่ผ่านมา น้ำใจของทุกท่านคือพลังสำคัญที่ทำให้พวกเราก้าวผ่านวิกฤตครั้งนี้ไปได้
