Stephan Brusche ศิลปินในเมืองรอตเตอร์ดัม ประเทศเนเธอร์แลนด์ เป็นผู้ที่ให้ความสำคัญกับกล้วยมานานกว่า 7 ปี โดยเลือกที่จะเเสดงศิลปะผ่านเปลือกกล้วย เเสดงให้เห็นถึงความคิดสร้างสรรค์เเบบไร้ขีดจำกัด

Brusche ค้นพบว่ากล้วยสามารถทำงานได้เหมือนผ้าใบที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์อย่างเป็นธรรมชาติ โดยเธอกล่าวว่า งานศิลปะดังกล่าวเริ่มมาไม่กี่ปี หลังจากที่เธอใช้งานอินสตาเเกรม ซึ่งจุดเริ่มต้นมาจากเธออยู่ที่ทำงาน เเล้วอยากจะโพสต์ภาพบางอย่างลงอินสตาเเกรมส่วนตัว เเล้วมองไปเห็นกล้วย จึงวาดรูปหน้าตาที่มีความสุขลงบนกล้วย ถ่ายภาพ เเละโพสต์ลงอินสตาเเกรม เเละเธอก็ทำซ้ำอีกครั้งในวันถัดมา

“หลังจากนั้นฉันก็พยายามที่จะคิดค้นไอเดียใหม่ๆ เกี่ยวกับภาพวาดในขณะที่ใช้รูปกล้วยในทุกรูปแบบชาญฉลาด พยายามที่จะผลักดันตัวเองจนในที่สุดฉันก็เริ่มแกะสลักเปลือกกล้วยเช่นกัน” Stephan Brusche กล่าว
