SNK vs. Capcom: The Match of the Millennium เคยวางจำหน่ายบนแพลตฟอร์ม Neo Geo Pocket Color ในเดือนธันวาคม 1999 โดยจะมีนักสู้ให้เลือกถึง 26 คนจาก SNK และ Capcom รวมถึงมีรูปแบบการแข่งขัน 3 แบบ, โหมด VS, โหมด SC Olympic และสามารถปลดล็อกตัวละครเสริม 8 ตัวได้
