薯仔 Potato 2個/pcs
蒜蓉 Minced garlic 1湯匙/tbsp
生抽 Soy Sauce 3湯匙/tbsp
白糖 Sugar 2湯匙/tbsp
水 Water 1杯/cup
麻油 Sesame oil 1茶匙/tsp
作法:
1 :
薯仔去皮切粒,泡水30分鐘浸去澱粉後瀝乾 Dice potatoes. Soak in water for 30 minutes to remove starch. Drain dry.
2 :
燒熱鑊,放入薯仔粒炒約5分鐘 Stir fry diced potatoes for 5 minutes.
3 :
加入蒜蓉、生抽、糖、水,加蓋煮至汁料稍微收乾 Add minced garlic, soy sauce, sugar and water. Cover and cook until the sauces is thickened.
4 :
下麻油拌勻,放雪櫃冷藏2-3小時即成 Add sesame oil and stir well. Keep in fridge for 2-3 hours.
