剛剛提及嘅茶記奶茶蛋糕就係「Dear Harley Cake Studio」嘅作品。呢間甜品店係由2位香港90後女生創立，雖然本地有唔少翻糖造型蛋糕店，但主打幻覺蛋糕嘅佢哋都算係第一間。除咗奶茶，佢哋仲製作出不同本土元素嘅蛋糕，如叉燒飯、竹籠燒賣、舊式信箱、譚仔米線等，全部造型都相當逼真。由於製作幻覺蛋糕手工繁複花時，因此蛋糕價錢最平由$1,500起。不過就算有冇budget訂嚟食都好，齋睇都教人會心微笑。

意大利甜品造型師Matteo Stucchi同樣係90後，雖然佢冇用到翻糖製作蛋糕營造幻覺，但就用上各種微型人偶、模型，配合甜點嘅特色、造型幻化出不同有趣場景，例如用吊臂車將車厘子放上蛋糕；用入油機為意大利脆卷注入忌廉；攀石好手在蛋糕上攀岩等。睇見佢每一幅作品覺得盞鬼有趣之餘，仲不得不佩服佢嘅想像力！

除咗將成個蛋糕化成另一件物件，又有冇諗過將成個自然景觀搬到蛋糕之上？蛋糕造型師El Salvador一向擅長做各種精緻翻糖蛋糕，而早前佢更將浩翰海洋、島嶼等景觀作為蛋糕主題，以藍色漸層啫喱當作海洋，再仔細地勾勒海底、懸崖、山林、小艇等細節，將宏偉景觀完美縮小，變成令人嘆為觀止嘅蛋糕造型。
