之前買咗半價餐飲券,而家可以輪流去H Queen’s、H Code、H Zentre 及 18 On Lan 四大人氣地標內合共 25 間餐廳啦,今次就去咗H Code既 Nez Wine Bistro🍷餐廳環境氣氛都唔錯,傾偈好舒服☺️

首先介紹兩個頭盤,三文魚呢一個頭盤入邊有半生熟嘅三文魚腩加埋煙三文魚混合組成嘅他他,食落鹹鹹地亦都好有鮮味~ 旁邊會有啲烘得好脆嘅酸種麵包片,加埋一齊食滋味更多!
蒜蓉牛油田螺都好唔錯,牛油同蒜蓉味好濃郁加上田螺嘅味道係最好嘅配搭~
主菜我哋揀咗三款,第一款係個湯,入面有鱸魚同埋煎香左既虎蝦,湯煮得好濃郁,濃而不鹹,加上海鮮更重鮮味🤩
另外就係和牛同雞肉,雞肉特別選擇採用本地三黃雞,有蘆筍作配料,而醬汁用咗紹興酒調製而成,酒精係煮嘅時候已經揮發左,但係仲保留到最多嘅香味而且雞肉口感好嫩滑☺️ 和牛上枱之後,店員會幫我哋淋上燒汁,除咗食得出牛嘅味道之外仲有另外一個層次嘅味道,加埋薯蓉食仲正
甜品叫咗兩款,第一款係口感造型類似泡芙,入邊有雲呢拿雪糕,出邊係朱古力醬同埋開心果碎,食落唔會漏~ 另外一樣就係類似外面嘅心太軟,朱古力味好濃,帶點可可甘香,加埋雪糕食仲有凍同熱嘅口感於一身!
餐廳嘅葡萄酒咁出名點會唔叫一杯嚟試吓😆試咗一杯2020年嘅La Sagesse Gramenon,另外朋友都叫咗sparkling tea,用酒杯上都幾特別,唔好酒精嘅朋友可以揀呢一款🥰
