北韓金與正稱正考慮對首爾重啟擴音器廣播，朝中社報導

首爾，10月19日（路透社）——北韓領導人金正恩具權勢的妹妹金與正週一在國營媒體朝中社（KCNA）發布的聲明中表示，北韓正考慮在與南韓接壤的邊境附近部署更多戰術武器，並重啟擴音器廣播。SEOUL, Oct 19 (Reuters) - North Korea's Kim Yo Jong, the powerful sister of leader Kim Jong Un, said in a statement on state media KCNA on Monday that her country was considering deploying additional tactical weapons and restarting loudspeaker broadcasts near the border with South Korea.

她說：「目前南部邊境局勢非常不穩定。」"Now the situation of the southern border is very unstable," she said.

她說：「大韓民國軍方的好戰分子以自動步槍和大口徑機槍對我方人員鳴槍示警，嚴重威脅我方服役人員的安全。」她所稱的是南韓的正式國名。"The warmongers of the ROK military are seriously threatening the safety of our service personnel by firing warning shots at them with automatic rifles and large-calibre machine guns," she said, referring to the official name for South Korea.

自平壤2024年4月開始強化邊境防禦工事以來，南北韓緊張局勢升高。兩國之間隔著非軍事區（DMZ）；該區是在韓戰於1953年以停戰協定告終時設立。Tensions between North and South Korea have risen since Pyongyang began fortifying its border in April 2024. 首爾慶南大學遠東問題研究所教授林乙出表示：「南韓軍方一直對北韓強化防禦工事保持高度警戒，鳴槍示警並進行擴音器廣播。平壤似乎擔心，首爾方面這類警告行動可能使邊境附近緊張局勢升高，或引發軍事衝突。」"The South Korean military has been on high alert on North Korea's fortification works, firing warning shots and conducting loudspeaker broadcasts," said Lim Eul-chul, a professor at Kyungnam University's Institute for Far Eastern Studies in Seoul. "And Pyongyang seems to be worrying that such warning activities by Seoul might escalate tensions near the border or cause a military conflict."

金與正表示，首爾方面從8月1日至10月17日已進行2,870輪擴音器警告，並鳴槍示警201發。Kim Yo Jong said Seoul had carried out 2,870 rounds of loudspeaker warnings and fired 201 warning shots from August 1 to October 17.

首爾尚未公布其在邊境附近為反制北韓強化防禦工事所採取行動的資料。Seoul has not disclosed data on its activities near the border to counter North Korea's fortification works.

暫時無法取得南韓國防部回應。South Korea's defence ministry was not immediately available to comment.
