消息人士稱，字節跳動分拆AI製藥部門後完成2.9億美元募資

香港，9月16日（路透）— 兩名知情人士週三表示，中國社群媒體與網路公司字節跳動（ByteDance）已將旗下AI製藥部門分拆出集團，並完成2.9億美元募資。HONG KONG, Sept 16 (Reuters) - Chinese social media and internet company ByteDance has completed a $290 million fundraising for its AI drugmaking unit after spinning it off from the group, two people with knowledge of the matter said on Wednesday.

其中一名消息人士表示，總部位於上海、運用AI進行藥物發現的 Anew Labs，在首次對外募資後估值達15億美元。Shanghai-headquartered Anew Labs, which uses AI for drug discovery, has achieved a valuation of $1.5 billion after its inaugural external fundraising, said one of the sources.

消息人士表示，這輪募資由HSG（前稱紅杉中國）、IDG資本（IDG Capital）及高瓴投資（Hillhouse Investment）旗下創投事業GL Ventures領投，五源資本（5Y Capital）也是共同領投方。The fundraising was led by HSG, formerly known as Sequoia China, IDG Capital and GL Ventures, the venture arm of Hillhouse Investment, the sources said, adding that 5Y Capital was a co-lead investor.

消息人士表示，其他投資人包括高榕創投（Gaorong Ventures）、Primavera Venture Partners、博裕資本（Boyu Capital），以及策略投資人SBP Group和國資支持的上海未來產業基金。由於資訊尚未公開，消息人士要求匿名。Other investors included Gaorong Ventures, Primavera Venture Partners, Boyu Capital as well as strategic investor SBP Group and state-backed Shanghai Future Industries Fund, the sources said, speaking on condition of anonymity as the information is not public.

字節跳動與投資人未立即回應採訪請求。ByteDance and the investors did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

其中一名消息人士表示，字節跳動分拆這家AI製藥公司，是為了更好支持其長期發展，因為AI藥物發現遵循的產業邏輯與管理方式，不同於集團核心業務。ByteDance spun off the AI drugmaker to better support its long-term development, as AI drug discovery follows a different industry logic and management approach from the group's core operations, said one of the sources.

第二名消息人士表示，募資完成後，字節跳動將維持56%持股。ByteDance will maintain a 56% stake after the fundraising, said the second source.

根據Anew Labs網站，該公司營運數個平台，用於生物分子結構預測與設計、抗體設計與最佳化，以及藥物發現。Anew Labs runs a few platforms for biomolecular structure prediction and design, antibody design and optimisation, and drug discovery, according to its website.

除了上海總部外，該公司也在舊金山和新加坡設有辦公室。As well as its Shanghai headquarters, it has offices in San Francisco and Singapore.
