兩年前， Google Pixel 6 系列首次搭載 Google Tensor 晶片，緊接著在去年也推出 Tensor G2 於 Pixel 7 系列搭載。接下來在今年秋季， Google 預期將推出的 Pixel 8 系列預計將搭載 Tensor G3 晶片，而近期也有疑似 Google Pixel 8 系列的跑分數據曝光，預計搭載九核心 Tensor G3 晶片，且支援光線追蹤功能。

Google Pixel 8 系列傳聞搭九核心Tensor G3 處理器、支援光線追蹤
在 WWDC 23 結束後，許多人也開始關心起 2023 年下半年將推出的新手機。除了近期在台灣將推出的小米 Xiaomi 13 Ultra 和 realme 11 Pro 系列， Google 預計在今年夏秋季也將推出 Google Pixel 8 系列旗艦手機，預計將搭載三星 4nm 製程的全新第三代 Tensor G3 晶片，新機發表時間預估會在今（2023）年 10 月左右。按照往年的手機發表時程來看， Pixel 8 系列發表的時間應該會在 iPhone 15 系列推出之後。

日前，根據外媒 Android Authority 報導， Pixel 8 系列將搭載 Tensor G3 晶片，相較前一代 Tensor G2 ，這次 Google 終於在晶片加入更多的 CPU 核心，預計將配備 9 個 CPU 核心，其中包含 4 顆 2.15Ghz 的 Cortex-A510、4 顆 2.45Ghz 的 Cortex-A715 和 1 個 3.0Hz 的 Cortex-X3 。此外， Tensor G3 與前幾代相比提高了頻率，預期也將帶來性能的提升。然而，和 Arm v9.2 架構相比，仍有不小差距。
至於 GPU 方面，外媒推測 Tensor G3 將搭載 10 核心 Mali-G710 GPU Immortalis ，且加入光線追蹤功能。 Tensor G3 也將首次支援 AV1 視訊解碼，並升級代號為 Rio 的 TPU 處理器。另一項 Pixel 8 系列的升級重點還有除徂規格，傳聞 Google Pixel 8 系列將升級且支援 UFS 4.0 規格。

最近，也有疑似 Tensor G3 晶片的跑分現身 Geekbench 資料庫，單核得分 1,186 分、多核得分 3,809 分。

之前外媒 91mobiles 也洩露 Pixel 8 Pro 影片，除了展示手機外觀，同時也揭露一項有趣的溫度測量功能。
