當 Emma Corrin 被選為漫威電影《死侍與金剛狼》中的超級反派 Cassandra Nova 時，Corrin 意識到這需要一場無所顧忌的宣傳活動穿搭。然而，Corrin 並未完全投入到角色的穿搭方法中，而是與長期合作的造型師 Harry Lambert 合作，創造出既能向角色致敬又不過度的造型。
他們最終選擇了「現代舊好萊塢」的影響，這也得到了 Corrin 的髮型和化妝團隊 Gina Kane 和 Dan Martin 的幫助而實現。「我們參考了 Katharine Hepburn 和 Marlene Dietrich。這是我們對話的起點，隨後它們在我和 Harry 的合作下演變成了自己的風格。」Corrin 說。
