微軟（Microsoft）曾經的瀏覽器霸主 Internet Explorer，即將在 6 月 15 日過後正式下台一鞠躬，結束為期將近 30 年的支援服務，未來將由下一代瀏覽器 Edge 接棒。
過去微軟在 2021 年 5 月之時，便已經宣布將在 2022 年 6 月中旬停止對 Internet Explorer 的支援。
Internet Explorer 作為見證網際網路時代起步的代表之一，即便許多使用者對他既是又愛又恨，但仍舊乘載著許多人對網路的共同記憶，例如註冊人生第一個電子信箱、第一次在網路上下載了各式各樣奇怪軟體。

Internet Explorer is a browser included in Windows since Windows 95 (1995). Initially based on Spyglass’s Mosaic, by 2003 it boasted a 95% browser market share.
