Jimmy Butler已經離開邁阿密，但他在那的房產問題卻還未解決，因涉嫌未支付26萬美元房租以及造成12.7萬美元的損失遭提告。
五星行銷公司上週於佛羅里達州第11巡迴上訴法院提告，並解釋控告Butler的原因。
原告聲稱Butler拖欠兩個月的房租，據ESPN調查，這棟位於運河上的豪宅，市值約1000萬美元，配置游泳池。

據原告指出，Butler更換門鎖卻未把鑰匙交付房東，並阻止維修工人進入，且因游泳池與空調維護不善，導致空調黴菌滋生，需整修天花板與地板。
原告對Butler求償257282美元，並有扣留13萬美元押金的權利，Butler尚未對此事做出回應。
