已經稍早在去年 10 月 Max 2018 大會中於 iOS 上推出的 Premiere Rush，就在稍早 Adobe 宣佈用戶現在也可以在 Android 手機及平板電腦上使用。用戶只需透過 Google Play Store 或 Samsung Galaxy App Store 下載程式，就能簡單而且迅速的拍攝、編輯及在社交平臺上分享線上影片。
Premiere Rush 集合 Adobe Premiere Pro 及 Audition的優勢，並簡化在 Android 系統的使用流程，同步整合的功能包括能直覺式編輯（intuitive editing）、簡易色彩調校（simplified color correction）、人工智慧雜音消除（AI-powered audio clean up）、客製化動態圖像範本（customizable Motion Graphics templates）以及支援無縫式桌機與行動裝置檔同步更新與上傳。
Premiere Rush 能夠在任何裝置上將所有作品及編輯自動同步更新至雲端使用與發佈，體驗 Android 手機及桌機的一致性。用戶也能在 Premiere Rush 中使用全新動態圖像範本（Motion Graphics templates）及數百個 Adobe Stock 範本，以個性化影片反映個人獨特創意及品牌概念。
目前適用於 Android 的 Premiere Rush 已經在 Android 手機中的 Google Play Store 及 Samsung Galaxy App Store 開放下載。適用於 Android 用戶的服務及優惠包括：
● Premiere Rush 初階使用者方案： 免費使用 Premiere Rush 所有功能，透過 Premiere Rush 桌機及手機應用程式創作多項專案，以及匯出最多三項專案。
● Premiere Rush 的個人方案，團體方案及企業方案：分別售價為每月 9.99 美金，19.99 美金及 29.99 美金，功能包含 Creative Cloud 中所有的 App 使用權，以及 Premiere Pro 的 app 擇一選用。此外，學生方案除了包含 Premiere Rush，並加贈無上限的專案匯出功能，及 100GB 的 Creative Cloud 儲存空間。用戶還能加購最高 10 TB 的額外儲存空間！
