ผู้ใช้บริการ LINE ที่มี LINE ID ลงทะเบียนในประเทศไทยและอาศัยอยู่ในประเทศไทย สามารถร่วมสนุกกับกิจกรรม “นิ่งเฮียก็หาว่าซื่อ CUTIE PIE SERIES จาก LINE STICKERS & LINE MELODY” ได้โดยการซื้อหรือส่งของขวัญไลน์สติกเกอร์ (LINE STICKERS) และ/หรือ ไลน์เมโลดี้ (LINE MELODY) ของ “CUTIE PIE SERIES” ตั้งแต่วันที่ 31 พฤษภาคม 2565 เวลา 9:00 น. – 9 มิถุนายน 2565 เวลา 23:59 น. ผ่านทางแอปพลิเคชัน LINE (LINE Application) หรือ บน ร้านค้า LINE STORE (http://store.line.me)
1. เงื่อนไขกติกาการร่วมสนุกกิจกรรม
1.1 ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมต้องทำการการลงทะเบียนเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมผ่านลิงก์ที่ระบุไว้ (https://lin.ee/JieAg4a/ddkh/register) หรือผ่านบัญชีทางการไลน์สติกเกอร์ (LINE STICKERS OFFICIAL ACCOUNT) หรือไลน์เมโลดี้ (LINE MELODY OFFICIAL ACCOUNT) เพื่อใช้เป็นข้อมูลในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมและรับรางวัล โดยผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมจะต้องเพิ่มเพื่อนบัญชีทางการของไลน์สติกเกอร์และไลน์เมโลดี้ และห้ามบล็อคจนกว่าจะสิ้นสุดระยะเวลาของกิจกรรม

2. การประกาศรางวัล รายละเอียด และเงื่อนไขการรับรางวัล
2.1 ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม 30 ท่านแรก ที่ปฏิบัติตามข้อ 1. ครบถ้วนและมียอดการซื้อหรือส่งของขวัญสติกเกอร์หรือเสียงเมโลดี้ของ CUTIE PIE SERIES สูงที่สุดจะได้รับรางวัล Exclusive Meet & Greet กับนักแสดงละครซีรีส์ CUTIE PIE (ซี พฤกษ์ พานิช, นุนิว ชวรินทร์ เพริศพิริยะวงศ์, ณฐ ณฐสิชณ์ เอื้อเอกสิชฌ์, แม้ก ศรัณย์ รุจีรัตนาวรพันธุ์, ติวเตอร์ กรภัทร์ ลำน้อยและ ยิม ปริญญากรณ์ ขันสวะ ) จำนวน 30 รางวัล รางวัลละ 1 ท่าน โดยจะต้องกรอกรายละเอียดผ่านลิงก์ที่ได้รับทางบัญชีทางการไลน์สติกเกอร์ (LINE STICKERS) หรือบัญชีทางการไลน์เมโลดี้ (LINE MELODY) เท่านั้นหลังจากชนะกิจกรรม เพื่อยืนยันตัวตน และใช้เป็นข้อมูลในการรับของรางวัล
2.2 บริษัทจะประกาศรายชื่อผู้ชนะรางวัล ในวันที่ 15 มิถุนายน 2565 เวลา 15.00 น. ผ่านช่องทาง เฟซบุ๊ก (Facebook) ของ LINE STICKERS และ LINE MELODY, หน้า VOOM ของบัญชีทางการไลน์สติกเกอร์ (LINE STICKERS OFFICIAL ACCOUNT) และบัญชีทางการไลน์เมโลดี้ (LINE MELODY OFFICIAL ACCOUNT) โดยผู้ชนะรางวัลจะได้รับการเข้าร่วม Exclusive Meet & Greet ตามข้อ 2.1 ภายในวันที่ 9 กรกฎาคม 2565 (อย่างไรก็ดี เนื่องจากสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 ในขณะนี้ บริษัทจะแจ้งวันและเวลาที่ชัดเจนให้ผู้ชนะรางวัลทราบอีกครั้งต่อไป ทั้งนี้ บริษัทอาจเปลี่ยนแปลงวันและเวลาในการจัดกิจกรรมตามความเหมาะสมของสถานการณ์)
2.3 ผู้ชนะรางวัลจะได้รับการติดต่อจากบริษัท มันดีเวิร์ค จำกัด (ผ่านการติดต่อทางโทรศัพท์) ภายใน 7 วันหลังจากประกาศรายชื่อผู้ชนะรางวัล ทั้งนี้ ผู้ชนะรางวัลต้องยืนยันสิทธิ์ในการรับรางวัล ภายใน 7 วันนับจากวันประกาศผล ผ่านช่องทางและวิธีการตามที่บริษัท มันดีเวิร์ค จำกัด กำหนดไว้เท่านั้น
2.4 ในกรณีที่ไม่สามารถยืนยันสิทธิ์ภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนดได้ ให้ถือว่าผู้ชนะรางวัลดังกล่าวสละสิทธิ์ทุกรณี
3. กิจกรรมนี้จัดขึ้นโดย บริษัท ไลน์ คอมพานี (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (“บริษัท”) ซึ่งในการจัดกิจกรรม Exclusive Meet & Greet ทั้งหมด จะจัดขึ้นโดยบริษัท มันดีเวิร์ค จำกัด ซึ่งของรางวัลจะเป็นไปตามที่บริษัทกำหนดไว้
4. ในการประกาศรายชื่อผู้ชนะรางวัลตามข้อ 2.2 บริษัทจะประกาศรายชื่อทั้งหมดโดยใช้ชื่อ และนามสกุล ของผู้ชนะรางวัลทั้ง 30 ท่าน
5. ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมต้องมีอายุไม่ต่ำกว่า 13 ปีบริบูรณ์ เป็นผู้มี LINE ID ลงทะเบียนในประเทศไทย และอาศัยอยู่ในประเทศไทย สำหรับกรณีที่ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมมีอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี จะต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครองตามกฎหมายในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม
6. บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ระงับการให้รางวัล ในกรณีที่ตรวจสอบพบว่าผู้ชนะรางวัลมีคุณสมบัติไม่ถูกต้องครบถ้วน หรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขที่บริษัทกำหนด
7. ค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมดที่เกิดขึ้นอันเกี่ยวกับการรับรางวัล เช่น ค่าเดินทาง ค่าจอดรถ และ/หรือ ค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นใด ผู้ชนะรางวัลรางวัลต้องรับผิดชอบเองทั้งสิ้น
8. บริษัท และ/หรือ บริษัท มันดีเวิร์ค จำกัด ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการถ่ายภาพ และบันทึกภาพเคลื่อนไหวในระหว่างการทำกิจกรรม Exclusive Meet & Greet ทั้งนี้ ภาพถ่าย ภาพเคลื่อนไหว และ/หรือเสียงของผู้ชนะรางวัล ถือเป็นสิทธิ์ขาดของบริษัท และ/หรือ บริษัท มันดีเวิร์ค จำกัด ที่สามารถนำไปเผยแพร่และประชาสัมพันธ์ได้ โดยไม่ต้องขอความยินยอมต่อผู้ชนะรางวัลอีก
การจัดการภาพถ่าย ภาพเคลื่อนไหว และ/หรือเสียงของผู้ชนะรางวัลของบริษัท มันดีเวิร์ค จำกัด จะเป็นไปตามนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของบริษัท มันดีเวิร์ค จำกัด ข้อมูลเพิ่มเติม กรุณาติดต่ออีเมล Domunditv@gmail.com
9. บริษัทจะมีการจัดเก็บรวบรวมและใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม รวมถึงข้อมูลตัวบ่งชี้ภายใน (Internal Identifier) ได้แก่ ช่วงเวลาการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมและข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องอื่น ๆ เพื่อสมัครเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม เพื่อพิจารณาคุณสมบัติการรับของรางวัล เพื่อตรวจสอบและยืนยันตัวตนของท่านในการรับของรางวัล เพื่อติดต่อสื่อสารกับผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม เพื่อประกาศรายชื่อผู้ชนะรางวัลผ่านทางโซเชียลมีเดีย เพื่อส่งมอบของรางวัลให้แก่ผู้ชนะรางวัล เพื่อประโยชน์ในการประชาสัมพันธ์กิจกรรม เพื่อประโยชน์ในการจัดการกิจกรรมนี้ เพื่อให้สามารถตอบรับการร้องขอหรือสอบถามจากผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม เพื่อประโยชน์ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลของผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมและ/หรือเพื่อประโยชน์ในการวิจัยการตลาดและการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกิจกรรมนี้
บริษัทอาจเก็บรวบรวมและใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมจนถึงวันที่ 31 ตุลาคม 2565 หรืออาจเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนดไว้ในกฎหมายหรือกฎเกณฑ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง อย่างไรก็ตาม การเก็บรวบรวมใช้และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลดังกล่าวจะเป็นไปตามนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของบริษัท ข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมที่ https://terms.line.me/line_genlctpp
อนึ่ง เพื่อประโยชน์ในการตรวจสอบและยืนยันตัวตนในการรับของรางวัล บริษัทจะมีการแชร์ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ชนะรางวัล ได้แก่ ชื่อและนามสกุลของท่าน ไปยังบริษัท มันดีเวิร์ค จำกัด
10. รางวัลและสิทธิต่าง ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นนี้เป็นเรื่องเฉพาะตัวและไม่อาจโอน / มอบสิทธิ์ให้แก่ผู้อื่น และไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนมูลค่ารางวัลเป็นบัตรกำนัล หรือตัวเลือกอื่น ๆ ได้
11. บริษัทสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงของรางวัลและรายละเอียดเงื่อนไขต่าง ๆ โดยไม่แจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า ทั้งนี้ ของรางวัลที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงจะมีมูลค่าเทียบเท่ากับของรางวัลเดิม
12. หากข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขฉบับนี้กับข้อความที่ปรากฏบนเว็บไซต์มีความขัดแย้งกัน ให้ยึดข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขฉบับนี้
13. พนักงานของบริษัทและครอบครัวของพนักงาน รวมถึงบริษัทตัวแทนโฆษณาและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดกิจกรรม ไม่มีสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนี้
14. การตัดสินใด ๆ ของบริษัท หรือคณะกรรมการที่เกี่ยวข้องถือเป็นเด็ดขาดและเป็นที่สุด

Any LINE user who registers LINE ID and resides in Thailand can participate in this activity LINE “Cutie Pie Series Top Spender Campaign from LINE STICKERS and LINE MELODY” by purchasing the specific LINE Stickers set and/or the specific LINE MELODY of CUTIE PIE Series via LINE Application or LINE STORE (http://store.line.me) during 31 May 2022 at 9:00 a.m. – 9 June 2022 at 11:59 p.m.
1. Terms and Conditions for Campaign Participation
1.1 Participants must register for participation in this campaign via the specified link (https://lin.ee/JieAg4a/ddkh/register) or via LINE STICKERS OFFICIAL ACCOUNT or LINE MELODY OFFICIAL ACCOUNT for the purposes of this campaign and receipt of reward. In this regard, the participants must add LINE STICKERS OFFICIAL ACCOUNT and/or LINE MELODY OFFICIAL ACCOUNT as friends and must not block such accounts until the ending period of the campaign.

2. Prize Announcement and Terms and Conditions for Prize Receipt
2.1 Top 30 persons who completely follow Article 1. and have the highest purchase or gift sending will be entitled to participate in the ‘Exclusive Meet and Greet with actors from CUTIE PIE SERIES’ (1 prize per 1 person). In this regard, the winners must insert information via the link provided in LINE STICKERS OFFICIAL ACCOUNT or LINE MELODY OFFICIAL ACCOUNT only for the purposes of verification and prize receipt.
2.2 The Company will announce a list of the winners via LINE STICKERS Thailand Facebook account, LINE MELODY Thailand Facebook account, LINE VOOM page in LINE STICKERS OFFICIAL ACCOUNT and in LINE MELODY OFFICIAL ACCOUNT on June 15, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. In this regard, the winners will be able to participate in the ‘Exclusive Meet and Greet’ as specified in Article 2.1 within 9 July 2022 (However, due to COVID-19 pandemic at the moment, Company will inform an exact date and time to the winners thereafter accordingly, and the Company may change the date and time of hosting the event as deemed appropriate).
2.3 The winners will be contacted by MANDEEWORK COMPANY LIMITED (via phone) within 7 days after the announcement of a list of the winners. The winner must confirm the right to participate in the event within 7 days from the date of winners announcement through a channel and a method as determined by MANDEEWORK Co., Ltd.
2.4 If any winner fails to confirm the right within the specified period, it shall be deemed that such winner waives the right to receive the prize.
3. This campaign is organized by LINE Company (Thailand) Limited (the “Company”) whereas the ‘Exclusive Meet and Greet’ event is organized by MANDEEWORK Co., Ltd. The prize shall be in accordance with the Company’s terms.
4. For the announcement of the winners in Article 2.2, the Company will announce names and surnames of the 30 winners.
5. Those who participate in this campaign must be at least 13 years of age, have LINE ID registered in Thailand, and reside in Thailand. For those who are under 13 years of age, it is required to obtain a written consent from a legal guardian for prior to participation.
6. The Company reserves the right to suspend the prize if it is found out that any of the winner does not have a qualification or fails to comply with terms and conditions as set by the Company.
7. Any costs and expenses about receipt of prize, such as transportation fare, parking fee, and/or any other expenses, shall be borne by the winners in full.
8. The Company and/or MANDEEWORK Co., Ltd. reserve the right to take photos and record video during the ‘Exclusive Meet and Greet’ event. In this regard, photoshoots, videos, and voices of the winners shall be an absolute ownership of the Company and/or MANDEEWORK Co., Ltd. to be able to have public relations without obtaining a consent from the winners.

9. The Company will collect and use your personal information, including record internal identifier information, such as the time period of campaign participation and other relevant data for registration, for examining and verifying your identity for prize receipt, for communication, for winner announcement via social media channels, for delivery of rewards to the winners, for public relations, for the purposes of this campaign, for response to any inquiry from participants, for data analytics of participants, and/or for marketing analysis and other relevant purposes of this activity.
The Company will retain all personal information until 31 October 2022 unless otherwise required by laws or the regulations. Nevertheless, such collection, usage, and disclosure of such personal information shall be subject to the Company Privacy Policy (https://terms.line.me/line_genlctpp).
Please inform that for the purposes of verification of prize receipt, the Company will share personal information of the winners, i.e., name and surname, to MANDEEWORK Co., Ltd.
10. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for cash or substituted for any other prize.
